Wavecom has a Maintenance and Support Department that provides its services, covering different SLA, which may include the replacement of a service within a maximum period of 4 hours.
The department is equipped with experienced technical teams with high expertise in the areas of IP networks, Radio technologies, SIP protocol, SNMP, SDH, MPLS, mechanical and electrical support to telecommunications equipment.
The service is controlled via a SNMP monitoring platform, which generates alerts for incidents and degradation parameters of the networks, with teams and operational centres equipped with human and physical resources, available 24 hours a day.
